About Turin

Click apply to start the adoption process. After waiting over three years in shelters, Turin finally found a loving foster who gave him a chance to enjoy a comfortable life until she moved out of state. Turin is described as a sweet, laid-back gentleman with a beautiful silver coat who loves cuddling on the couch, enjoying relaxing walks, and is always eager for a car ride. He knows basic commands like "sit," will go into his crate when asked, and has not had any accidents indoors. Turin sleeps soundly through the night, often racing to bed as soon as the lights go out. His favorite treats include peanut butter, apples, and sweet potatoes, and while he's not fond of thunder or the vacuum cleaner, a little reassurance goes a long way for him. Turin is looking for a home with adults or older, respectful teenagers and would thrive as the only pet in the house. He can be selective with other dogs but has done well with calm dogs of any size. Turin cannot live with cats or small animals due to his prey drive. As part of a special rewards program, Turin’s adoption fee is waived and approved adopters receive generous support, including a $500 payment, supplies, ongoing training, and monthly gift cards for six months—making adopting Turin both rewarding and impactful. Turin is ready to be someone's loyal companion and is seeking a home where he will be cherished. Fun fact: Turin is an Aquarius, a sign known for being patient and loving—just like him! They are ready to love you; are you ready to apply?
