Cassandra, or Cassie for short, is a sensitive and observant cat who has spent most of her life growing up at the rescue. She arrived as a fearful kitten in June 2022, preferring to hide away, but slowly gained confidence after spending time with other cats. Cassie remains shy around new people but clearly blossoms in feline company. She absolutely loves to play and is drawn to window spots where she can watch the world go by, always working to escape her kennel for some sun and scenery. Toys like springs and catnip mice keep her busy, and her curious side comes out when she feels safe. Cassie is fully vetted, vaccinated, microchipped, spayed, and FIV/FELV negative. She would do best in a home with another cat or two, where she'll have companionship and space to adjust at her own pace.
