About Thomas
This could be the start of something paw-some. Meet Thomas! Rescued after being tempted by a tasty treat in a live trap along a busy highway, he was lucky to find safety just in time. At first, Thomas was quite vocal and determined when moving from the trap to a cozy kitty condo, but after some time to settle, he’s blossomed into a remarkable companion. Now, Thomas is up to date on his vaccines, microchipped, and neutered, ready for a fresh start in his forever home. His foster mom describes him as very smart, playful, and loyal—he adores following her around and delights in hours of play with anyone willing. Not only is Thomas a “snuggle bun” who loves lots of affection, but he also enjoys going on buggy rides and is making great progress with leash training during outdoor adventures. He gets along beautifully with people, cats, dogs, and children, and has truly thrived in his foster environment. Please note: the Hiawatha Animal Humane Society adoption contract prohibits declawing of cats and kittens adopted from the organization. Fun fact: With a July 3rd birthday, Thomas is a Cancer—known for their affectionate and loving nature! Lets make it official, apply to adopt!
