This sweet girl has spent the last three weeks behind the Customer Service desk, and the transformation has been incredible. Jane went from shrinking away from touch to greeting the team each morning with soft eyes and gentle requests for pets. Watching her open up has been one of the brightest parts of our day - and we know she has so much more love to give once she finds her person. Things the team knows about Jane: I'm naturally cautious and still learning that the world is safe. I'll need continued socialization and someone who understands that I bloom slowly - but beautifully. I do best when I'm given space to come forward on my own. Once I trust you, I quietly ask for affection and truly enjoy it. I'm solid with other dogs and prefer calmer, low-energy friends. I actually need to have a confident dog companion in the home - it helps me feel secure and brave. I've even joined the big playgroup! I'm still timid and learning to feel safe, so my future family should be extra mindful with doors, gates, and transitions - but I am absolutely capable of thriving with the right setup and support.
