About Brownie
Brownie’s a German Shepherd mix with a big, loving personality and a lot of practical charm. She’s currently fostered in Houston, TX but ready for transport—and because of border rules, you’ll need to meet her in Blaine, WA to bring her home. Brownie’s two years old, spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped. She’s fully house trained and crate trained, doing all her business outside and settling into her crate easily when her foster family is away. This dog loves playtime at daycare, gets along well with other dogs her size, and is an absolute fan of car rides. She’s not cat friendly, so a feline-free home is a must. Because Brownie weighs about 75 pounds, homes with kids 10 and up are recommended; that’s just about her size rather than temperament. She loves to run in the backyard, chase squirrels, and soak up belly rubs from her people. Brownie is loyal and protective—she’ll alert when strangers come near but knows her cues and gives visitors space once she’s settled. She already knows several commands, walks nicely on a leash, and with some extra training would make a solid running buddy. The doggie daycare staff adore her, and her affectionate nature shines through. Give this sturdy, affectionate dog a family of her own, and she’ll make herself right at home. Your new best friend is just one click away.
