JoJo is an incredibly lucky/unlucky 3 yr old panther guy who chose the right person's yard to wander into, in Clover SC. a scared and timid guy who was rescued by a gal with a heart of gold, who sadly passed away in August 2025 before completing his socialization 100%. He joined us here at the Head Butt Hotel under stressful conditions with 9 other cats, who found themselves homeless as a result of loosing their human. He is very comfortable around the other cats, very happy to be indoors away from the perils outdoor life presents, has perfect litter pan manners, but will need someone patient to help him relax. We are a "Protect the Pets" rescue with established nutritional protocols for our obligate carnivorous cats. We mandate responsible vaccination protocols and titer testing with Kansas State Veterinary Lab, in order to provide continuous protection and compliancy with the Rabies Control Act of South Carolina Rabies Statute Section 47-5-60. Please ensure your vet recognizes titers and is willing to offer affordable titer testing versus blindly overdosing pets with unnecessary vaccinations which contribute to the 50% national cancer rates being newly diagnosed annually in 10 million companion animals. The health of our pets is our main priority, and we require our nutritional and vaccination protocols be maintained. We will not allow our pets to be subjected to even a second unnecessary vaccination overdose, when checking titers can easily be incorporated into annual wellness exams for our animals. The entire veterinary file always accompanies each of our cats upon adoption and we provide full transparency with the care we have provided.
