About Rain
Rain’s story begins in rough circumstances: she lived outside day and night, chained up through freezing rain, starving and battling a gut full of worms. She had no shelter or comfort and was wary of every approach. Now, with regular meals and calm voices, she greets people she knows with a little happy dance. Still, unfamiliar faces make her freeze. Rain will need several slow, gentle introductions before she trusts a new person. She wants her own safe place, ideally as your "one and only" companion. She eats best alone, and she’s handled all her past trauma with a soft spirit—she has never growled or snapped, just ducks her head and waits. Rain will thrive with someone truly patient, someone who acts not out of a need for instant affection, but believes it will come with steady, consistent care. Her striking blue eyes are just icing on the cake. Rain needs a quiet, understanding home. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
