About Levi
Levi is a gentle soul who made it out of the desert with nothing but his resilience and a nub of a tail. Despite a hard start, he trusted right away—curled quietly in a lap on the drive from rescue, eyes beaming gratitude. He’s about two years old, neutered, up to date on vaccinations, and has a calm presence. Levi isn’t a barker and keeps to himself the first several days, taking his time to settle and get comfortable. He accepts treats softly and has a tender, patient temperament. He’s house trained, crate trained, and understands the doggy door. Levi gets along with other dogs, cats, and even outdoor tortoises, often keeping to himself or quietly lying by new companions until he feels ready to play. This soft-hearted, shy boy might need a little help from a belly band in his first week and asks for patience as he regains his confidence. Give him a couple of months to trust and he’ll be a loyal, affectionate family member, happy to greet you with loving eyes and a shiny gray coat. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!

Questions about Levi
What type of living environment is this breed usually best suited for?
Levi, as a Boxer/Pit Bull Terrier mix, typically thrives in a relaxed home environment where he can develop strong bonds with his family. He does well in homes where there is space to relax inside and access to a secure yard for exercise.

This breed mix, like Levi, enjoys having a yard to play or lounge in but adapts well to average homes provided he gets daily walks and playtime. A fenced yard is a bonus but not essential if walks are consistent.
