Tom is a gentle young cat with classic black and white tuxedo markings. At about eight months old, he already understands the art of companionship—he prefers to stay close to his humans and seems happiest when getting a neck scratch or a soft pet. Playful but not overly rambunctious, Tom enjoys having another cat for company and would easily settle into a home with a laid-back feline friend. Raised with his sister Tigger, he's comfortable with cats, but isn’t bonded and does not need to be adopted with her. New people and environments require a slow introduction, and Tom does best in quiet homes without very young children. He hasn’t met dogs or children before, so patience and a gentle approach are important. Tom has been neutered, fully vaccinated, microchipped, and has tested negative for feline leukemia and AIDS.
