Poppy (playfully nicknamed Toast, we’re not sure of her “real” name) is a dream dog. She is as loving and cuddly as can be, silly and playful, and good with humans and other dogs. Shes got short little arms and cute funky ears, and only weighs less than 30 pounds. She goes in a crate but is also great when left alone out of her crate and doesn’t get into any thing. She listens well and is simply eager to spend time with “her people.” She could use some leash training as it seems she hasn’t received much of this before going to her foster home. If you’re looking for an all around great dog who is always down for a cuddle and a kiss, Poppy/Toast is your girl. Poppy is heartworm positive and is in the pre-treatment stage of treatment.
