He’s now searching for a more permanent place to land after his rescuers had to move. Cesar loves to run, especially if he has wide open space—and he’s developed a habit of perching on top of his large dog house just to take in the world. He gets along well with cats, though he hasn’t had much time with other dogs so far. He knows his basic commands and responds well, but needs more work on leash manners, so plan on some dedicated leash training. Cesar would thrive in a home that can offer him plenty of daily exercise, whether that's hikes or long walks. Vaccinations and neutering are taken care of, so he’ll be ready to move right in.
