While she's sweet and affectionate, Shelby really shines when she's given lots of exercise; agility or a dedicated exercise run would be wonderful for her, along with daily walks. Because she can pull on the leash, ongoing training will be helpful—she does best with harness walking. Shelby is terrific with kids and other dogs, making her a candidate for active families or homes with a large backyard where she has plenty of room to stretch her legs.
