About Wali
Wali lives up to his name, meaning "protector" in Arabic. Rescued with his sister and brother from a tough neighborhood, he always kept a watchful eye on his siblings—sometimes even climbing on top of them to keep them safe from resident pets. You can tell he has a good heart and cares deeply for his little family. Though still a bit nervous around people, Wali is steadily getting used to human affection and making real progress with socialization. He will be neutered and fully vetted on August 7, and will be ready for adoption soon after. Wali, his sister Hootie, and his brother Orangey all learned to survive outside, but they deserve a more comfortable life indoors. You can adopt Wali on his own, or consider adopting more than one of this precious trio. Fun fact—Wali is an Aries, so expect a brave spirit beneath the shyness. Ready to meet your new best friend?
