In her foster she is JUST getting the opportunity to learn all of the perks of being someones beloved pet. Because of her shakey and unknown upbringing she needs time as the only pet in the home. Give her some time, trust, and training and that could change!! Tinsel knows basic commands and is potty trained! She is so snuggly and sweet.
