Billy enjoys playing with the feather wands and frolicking with the other cats and dogs in his foster home. He’s also good with kids. He loves to be loved and sits with his foster mom every night before bedtime. Billy was born in late April 2025. He is neutered, up-to-date on vaccines, microchipped and tested negative for FIV/FeLV.
