About Mustard
Your new best friend is just one click away. Mustard is the longest resident waiting for a family! If you’ve never met a Florida Cur, he’s a classic example—born with a charming bobbed tail that makes his wag truly unique and endearing. Florida Curs are celebrated for their energy and playful personalities, and Mustard certainly fits the bill. He is goofy, enthusiastic, and the kind of dog who turns every day into an adventure for the family that loves outdoor activity, hiking, or training. At just 2 years old, this Black Mouth Cur mix weighs about 58 pounds and is eager to find his forever home. He is up-to-date on vaccinations, neutered, microchipped, house trained, crate trained, and walks nicely on leash. Mustard is not destructive when left alone and thrives when given the chance to both cuddle and explore. He would do best in a cat-free environment and, while he needs continued work on his social skills with other dogs, he shows so much potential. He is gentle at heart but is a big, energetic boy who requires an adult-only home comfortable setting firm boundaries so he can flourish. Besides his loving heart and boundless energy, Mustard’s adoption includes a host of post-adoption benefits to help ensure a smooth transition and happy start for all. Make their next chapter their best one yet.
