About Delilah

Think you are the one? Submit an application! Meet Delilah – the girl who’s been waiting too long for her happily ever after. Delilah has been part of the rescue family for over two years, arriving as a young mom with her puppies. While all her babies have found homes, Delilah and two of her pups are still searching, and it’s truly a mystery why she’s overlooked! She’s affectionate, playful, and incredibly sweet, making friends with everyone she meets. Delilah is the perfect blend of fun and gentle spirit—she’ll splash in her kiddie pool then happily curl up beside you for cuddle time. With her clever mind and eagerness to please, she’s easily motivated by treats, turning training into a joy rather than a chore. Delilah thrives on adventures and car rides and cherishes time with her people most of all. Although she does great with kids, because of her enthusiastic energy and medium size, she’d do best in a home with children age 10 and up. She enjoys the company of other dogs, but will need her own space during mealtimes. For her outdoor play, a secure, high fence is necessary to keep her safe and happy. Born on October 1, Delilah is a thoughtful and balanced Libra—she’s all about harmony, loyalty, and bringing joy to others! She’s waited far too long for a family and is ready to bring boundless love, laughter, and maybe a few soggy pawprints into her new forever home. Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
