4 year old male If you are reading this information, it is because the cat came to us with no background history, and we haven’t had enough time with the cat to know if they like other cats, dogs or kids yet. It does take time for cats to adjust to the shelter. It is best to come in and meet the cat in person to know what you think of their personality while you are here. We do recommend you bring small children in to meet the cats, we tend to find that most cats will choose the children and be the best of friends. We will give you information on how to properly introduce cats together. All our cats use the litterbox but that does not imply that we know what they’ll do in a different environment. Please bring along a crate for your adopted friend. We do have cardboard carriers at the shelter as well for $7.50 plus tax. We also ask that you bring landlord permission, and that declawing is not recommended.
