About Orangey
Orangey got his name from the famous film cat—he may not have a Hollywood resume, but his story is just as memorable. Rescued as a kitten with his siblings Hootie and Wali, Orangey spent his early days learning to survive on the streets. He’s quickly learning that the indoor life comes with gentle hands and plenty of affection. Of his litter, Orangey has taken the biggest steps toward trusting people. He’s still a bit cautious, but he’s getting comfortable being held and showered with affection, especially when treats are involved. Orangey is now neutered, vaccinated, and fully vetted. As a young cat, he’s in a crucial stage where patience and continued socializing will help him blossom. He’s used to being around other cats and does well in feline company. He would love to be adopted with a sibling or join another cat-friendly home, but he’s available to go solo if that’s the right fit. Orangey is a good-natured, gentle soul ready for a safe place to call home. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
