Mints is the definition of a cat’s cat—she thrives surrounded by feline company. Growing up in a home overflowing with more than twenty cats, she mastered the art of group living. Other cats immediately put her at ease; she’ll chirp, snuggle in, and be a loyal companion from the jump. Right now, she’s sharing her foster home with three other cats and clearly feels most at home within a cat squad. With people, Mints tends to keep a little distance. She’ll float nearby and accept treats but isn’t ready for petting—she prefers to quietly gauge the vibe before opening up. She would do best in a home with at least one confident, cat-savvy friend to be her role model and help her adjust at her own pace. Mints needs someone patient, who understands she’ll need time before humans make her “friend group.” She’s gentle and loyal, just shy, and once she finds her footing, she’s golden.
