About Nala
Nala is a bold, confident domestic shorthair with a tabby coat and a late summer birthday—she’s technically a Virgo, which might explain her fearless and curious nature. Only a baby, she has already shown she’s a leader among kittens. Nala was discovered alone in the woods, hungry and exhausted, but quickly made her trust known by accepting comfort in her rescuer’s arms. She had to learn how to eat on her own, and despite her rocky start, her confidence grew fast. She’s very vocal, especially at mealtime or when seeking attention, and she truly enjoys being held—sometimes falling asleep contentedly while cuddled up. Nala is sweet, affectionate, and does well with children and most other cats. She’s currently thriving on a limited ingredient raw food diet due to her sensitive stomach, so her adopter must commit to continuing this diet (no kibble). Nala would do best being adopted with her brother, or joining a home with a young, friendly cat already there. She’s looking for a family who appreciates her individuality and will keep up her healthy start. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
