Gorgeous, alert, smart, Onyx is a 7 year-old, jet-black, male, German Shepherd. He is moderately active and likes to play for short periods and then likes to rest. House, crate, and leash trained, Onyx knows basic commands and has had training. He is up-to-date on vet care and neutered. Onyx needs a family who is familiar with the breed. He has not lived with children but a home with older children may be a fit. He resource guards his food, but not other items. He lived with cats as a puppy, and has lived as an only dog.
