About Maximiliano
Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started. Maximiliano's journey began on the streets of Stanislaus County, where he was found as a stray and brought to safety at the shelter. Though he had no microchip and no one came for him, shelter staff quickly saw his sweet nature and high energy. Maximiliano became a fast favorite, loved for how much he enjoys splashing in the pool and running in the yard. He walks nicely on the leash and gets along well with other dogs, with shelter notes mentioning his strong performances both on and off leash. He still has young-dog enthusiasm, sometimes jumping up to say hi, so some additional training is recommended. After narrowly escaping euthanasia through a last-minute rescue, he now thrives in a foster home in Dixon, surrounded by both people and animal pals, including dogs and cats. Maximiliano is ready for a forever family that can match his playfulness and give him the active, loving home he deserves. They are ready to love you; are you ready to apply?
