About Mary
Start your journey together! Apply now. Mary is a lovely buff and tan domestic short hair cat who has made incredible progress while searching for her forever family. Once shy with strangers due to a difficult beginning, Mary is blossoming into a more outgoing and affectionate companion every day. She enjoys pets, loves a good play session with a laser pointer, and never says no to treats! Because she can be reserved, a calmer household would help her continue to shine; environments with young children may overwhelm her, but she will thrive with patient adopters willing to give her time to adjust. Mary gets along very well with other cats and would be overjoyed to be adopted alongside one of her siblings or her foster friend Jet. She also tolerates gentle, calm dogs, making her a great addition to multi-pet households. Mary and her littermates began life with little human attention, but with each passing day, their confidence grows and their loving personalities emerge—they are known for their loud purrs and the affection they share in the right environment. Mary is already spayed, vaccinated, tested negative for FeLV/FIV, microchipped, and has received flea and parasite preventatives, so she's ready for her next adventure. Fun fact: with a birthdate of June 8, Mary is a Gemini—known for her curiosity and playful spirit! Make their next chapter their best one yet.
