About Daisy
Daisy is around 4 to 5 years old and weighs about 20 pounds. Over a year in foster, she’s gotten comfortable with force-free training, meeting new people, and exploring new environments. She prefers her own calm corner, just big enough for her beloved sleeping bag bed—she heads there when storms, fireworks, or neighborhood noise get overwhelming. A fully fenced yard suits her best, and she needs patience from her people in new places. Daisy has a special bond with her trainer and really lights up during scent games. If you’re in Royal Oak, her foster will prep you for a smooth transition. At home, Daisy likes sleeping in the bedroom—sometimes on the bed, under it, or in a nearby crate. She thrives on daily walks and loves a good zoomie in the yard. She’ll happily work for treats and knows a few commands, though she’s quick to lose interest in chasing wildlife when things around her get loud. Daisy can’t live with cats or small animals. She is spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, heartworm tested, and on prevention. Daisy is ready to bring happiness to a home ready to help her feel safe. Give them the home they have been waiting for.
