About Connie
Connie and her sister Ethel came into foster care from a tough start, born to a feral mother on the edge of the woods. Over time, the sisters have made significant progress. Connie remains a bit wary of strangers, but every day she grows more at ease—she’s become affectionate, enjoys getting petted, and rarely turns down a treat. She enjoys a good laser pointer chase and seems happiest with a predictable, calm routine. Young children may be too overwhelming for her, but she does well with other cats and can settle in with calm dogs. Ideally, she’d go home with Ethel or another feline friend, since she’s closely bonded. She’s been spayed, vaccinated, tested negative for FeLV/FIV, dewormed, microchipped, and is house trained. With a little patience and understanding, Connie is ready to keep blossoming and will make a sweet, loyal companion. Fun fact: As a Gemini, she’s especially curious and adaptable.
