About Kismet
Kismet got her name because it felt like fate brought her in—and then left her waiting a lot longer than she deserved. She’s been at the rescue far too long and is more than ready for a place to call home. Around here, she’s known as “Naked Kismet,” not because she’s hairless (her coat is clearly not), but due to a spelling mishap that stuck. She doesn’t seem to mind the nickname at all. Kismet carries that classic "I've been here too long" energy, but underneath she’s all heart. She kneads her bed like she has something to prove and turns to butter when she’s cozy and at ease. Give her sunlight and a soft spot, and she'll lounge like she owns the place. Add a bit of love and a home where she can stretch out instead of waiting in a cage, and that’s all this cat truly wants. Kismet gets along well with other cats, prefers to keep things gentle, and just wants her share of peace and comfort after her wait. Meeting her might just feel like fate.
