Fidgety Fred earned his name fair and square. He was an anxious little whirlwind when he first arrived. But here's the plot twist: underneath all that fidgeting is one of the sweetest, most lovable boys you'll ever meet. Sure, he still puts on his “tough guy” act sometimes (and he's very convincing, trust us), but the second you sit nearby? That motor starts rumbling like a lawnmower in July.
