About Xena
They are ready to love you; are you ready to apply? Meet Xena, the gentle warrior princess! A 1-year-old female dark gray tabby, Xena spent her early months surviving outdoors with her brothers. Now, safe indoors, she’s blossoming into a sweet, affectionate companion who loves lap time and being close to her foster mom. Shy at first, Xena will soon approach when she craves affection, melting into your hands for gentle pets. Her playful side shines when she’s horsing around with her brother or chasing mouse toys, and she never misses an opportunity for some spirited birdwatching, whether from the windowsill or on YouTube. Because she grew up fending for herself, Xena can be cautious in new situations and around unfamiliar people. But with patience and understanding, she’ll adapt and become a devoted, entertaining companion. Most importantly, Xena must be adopted into a home with another cat to keep her company and provide playtime. She’s ready for a loving, patient person to help her thrive and complete her transformation from street survivor to cherished family member. Born under the sign of Aquarius, Xena is likely to exhibit an independent spirit and a sweet, quirky side. Applicants should reside within 45 miles of Stamford to be eligible to adopt her. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
