American Staffordshire Terrier/Whippet mixes usually thrive in homes where they receive plenty of attention and interaction. They do well in both houses with fenced yards or apartments, provided they get enough exercise and mental stimulation.
How much outdoor space does this breed typically need?
These medium-sized mixes enjoy having access to a secure outdoor area to burn off their energy, but they can adapt well to smaller spaces if given regular walks and playtime. A fenced yard is ideal, but an active lifestyle and frequent outings are just as important.
