This small adult female domestic short hair cat features a gray and white short coat. She is house trained, spayed, vaccinated, and currently resides at Friends of Greybeard. Due to her cerebellar hypoplasia, she requires extra assistance to ensure her well-being, making her best suited for an experienced adopter comfortable with special needs cats.

About Flopsy

Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you. Flopsy is a truly unique kitty in search of a caring, understanding adoptive home. She is a domestic short hair with cerebellar hypoplasia (CH), a condition that makes her movements wobbly and unpredictable. Flopsy came to Friends of Greybeard after her original family could not manage her special needs, but she has since been surrounded by love and support. She is considered a severe CH kitty and thrives with careful routines and gentle handling. Flopsy needs extra attention to help her eat, use the litter box, and stay safe due to her frequent tumbling and somersaults. Despite her challenges, Flopsy is affectionate and enjoys cuddling on a warm lap, especially when wrapped up in a soft blanket. Though she has a feisty streak and can be startled by sudden noises or changes, her adorable hugs and love for kisses make her simply irresistible. She is now spayed, house trained, vaccinated, and, at about 4 years old, ready to find someone with CH kitty experience to become her loving companion. Make their next chapter their best one yet.
