Phil is part of a family of 10 that was dumped in a truck lot in Santa Ana. He is a gorgeous young panther whose bright yellow eyes and slick black fur will steal your heart at first look. He is a little shy at first, but very sweet and gentle. He loves to play with toys, wrestle with his siblings, and eat treats. He would love to be adopted with his sister Lil, or his mommy Enya, or in a home with another young kitten to befriend.
