Hayzel
AvailableHayzel is a medium-sized, senior female Domestic Short Hair cat with beautiful black fur. She is spayed and up to date on vaccinations. Hayzel is currently at Friends of Companion Animals, where she is looking for a patient adopter or a working cat placement to suit her need for solitude.
About Hayzel
Lets make it official, apply to adopt! Hayzel was very stressed when she first arrived and had overgroomed her backside nearly bare, but with time and care, her fur has grown back in beautifully. She prefers solitude and enjoys quiet, making her an ideal candidate for a working cat position or for adoption by a very patient owner who can provide a calm environment. She came to the rescue's attention when a mail worker reported a home overloaded with cats. The rescue's volunteers coordinated with the homeowner to find the best outcome for the animals. Hayzel is one of 33 cats saved from that single downtown location, where they found a wide range of personalities, from friendly to semi-feral and feral. If you believe in giving cats like Hayzel a second chance, she could be waiting just for you. They are ready to love you; are you ready to apply?
