About Max

Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started. Max is a wonderful boy who has waited a long time for his perfect match. After spending over two years in care, he has become a little wary of men at first, but he warms up quickly—especially with patience and understanding. Max truly adores women and children, showing his affectionate and playful side to those he trusts. He is fantastic at playing ball, always ready for a game, and reveals his loving, soft side to the people closest to him. Max does well with other animals when outdoors, but inside his home, he deeply cherishes his people and can become protective. Because of this, it is best for Max to be the only dog indoors, making sure he gets all the attention and a sense of security. He has shown himself to be an amazing guardian dog and a loyal companion—misunderstood, perhaps, but full of heart and ready for a loving family who will understand him.
