About Prim
Prim is a petite, 2-year-old female toy poodle mix with a look all her own. She may not have the classic toy poodle appearance, most likely thanks to a family tree full of surprises, but she makes up for it with plenty of personality. Prim is dog friendly, especially with small dogs, but she’s a bit intimidated by the bigger ones. She’s lived peacefully with a group of 41 other dogs, so she’s used to a “pack” environment but was overlooked for adoption because she doesn’t fit the traditional toy poodle mold. Prim has been around toddlers and done just fine, moving through new experiences with quiet curiosity. She’s crate trained, but still working on her house training. Her foster says she’s adapting well in her new spot alongside five other poodles. Prim will need a family willing to give her time to settle in and learn the routines, but she’s smart and picks things up quickly. This little dog feels most confident with small dog companions who can help her adjust. Prim deserves a patient home where she can blossom into a great family dog. Ready to meet your new best friend?
