About Jerry G
Start your journey together! Apply now. Meet Jerry G, a gentle and hopeful Siberian Husky mix looking for a fresh start and a safe, loving home—together with his beloved sister, Janis. Jerry has a soft spirit and big brown eyes that radiate his wish for a brighter future. His early months didn’t expose him much to people, so he can be shy and fearful at first. With time, patience, and the reassurance of a confident dog companion, he begins to reveal his playful and loving side. Jerry is still young, full of potential, and especially bonded to Janis. They must be adopted together, and their playful bond brings comfort and happiness to each other. A quiet, calm household with a fenced yard is ideal for Jerry, and he'll thrive with adults and other friendly, well-mannered dogs. Because of his timid nature, loud noises and sudden movements overwhelm him, so a home without kids is the best fit. He’s not a good match for cats due to a strong prey drive. While obedience training isn’t on his immediate horizon, Jerry is crate trained, sleeps soundly overnight, and is making progress with housebreaking. He’s clever, observant, and eager to learn once he feels secure. Sturdy toys are a must for him, as he tends to destroy soft toys and has needed surgery for this in the past. His routines include exploring familiar yards, playing with Janis and other gentle dogs, and relaxing in quiet spots. Fences under six feet aren’t for Jerry—he’s an impressive jumper. Jerry’s adoption fee is generously sponsored, and when you bring both Jerry and Janis home, you'll join their journey to a new beginning where trust, safety, and love are waiting. He’s searching for a patient adopter ready to help him blossom. Jerry’s Aquarius sun sign means he’s independent with a playful, quirky side! Think you are the one? Submit an application!
