About Jerry G
Jerry G is a gentle husky mix with a shy, observant nature and a soft spot for familiar faces. He's had a quiet start in life, so he's understandably reserved around strangers, but once he feels secure, his playful, affectionate side comes out—especially when his sister Janis is nearby. The bond is strong; they're a package deal and must be adopted together. Janis helps Jerry find courage, and the two truly depend on each other. Jerry adores other dogs, particularly those who are friendly and respectful. He's especially goofy and joyful with his canine friends and absolutely loves water play and exploring the yard in safe, quiet spaces. He isn't suited to homes with cats or children, as his prey drive and sensitivity to noise make him best for an adult-only environment. Jerry is crate trained and sleeps peacefully overnight, but he’s still working on housebreaking and can have accidents as he adjusts to new routines. He's smart and attentive but hasn’t started formal training yet. Tough toys are a must—Jerry tends to destroy soft ones and has needed surgery in the past from ingesting them. A calm home with a fenced yard (6 feet or higher) and another confident dog would help Jerry thrive. He’s had all his vaccines, is neutered, and his adoption fee is sponsored. Jerry is a Capricorn, so expect a steady, loyal companion who wants to learn the world at his own pace. They are waiting with paws crossed! Apply now!
