Ember is a stunning calico with a spicy personality and a serious independent streak. She came to us skin and bones, fiercely devoted to nursing her three kittens, who have all since been adopted. With her mama days behind her, Ember is now living her best life as a playful, confident cat with a whole lot of playfulness. She's not into cuddles or being touched, but she lives for her metal back scratcher. She'll chase my boyfriend around the house begging to be scratched by it. God forbid you give her a sneaky pet, she will give you a look of disgust! She's also totally unfazed by our large dog and loves exploring every corner of the house like she owns it. One of Ember's favorite pastimes? Watching Cat TV. She'll perch contentedly for ages, completely entranced by birds, squirrels, or whatever's moving on the screen (or the window). She's also quite the chatterbox and never shy about expressing her opinions.
