Cheeta is a 10-month-old, large female mix of Doberman Pinscher and German Shepherd with a slick black and chocolate brown coat. She has loads of energy during the day and thrives when she has access to a yard and space to run—her favorite way to burn off steam. By night, she turns into a relaxed indoor dog and settles in quietly. Cheeta starts out a bit shy when meeting new people, but she’s quick to come around and warm up. She’s comfortable in her crate, especially when strangers come over, using it as her retreat. Cheeta gets along great with other dogs, and while her reaction to cats and small animals is untested, she’s shown no interest in the strays wandering nearby.
