About Dove
Dove has the kind of wise, patient grace that only comes from learning to thrive on her own terms. She’s an adult with piercing green eyes who has made real progress in her foster home—she’s naturally shy, but with time she’s come out of her shell, building trust at her own careful pace. Soft voices and calm, predictable routines suit her best. At home, Dove has claimed a full room under the bed as her sanctuary, observing the world and slipping out for scratches when the mood strikes. She gravitates toward 1:1 interactions and has warmed to her foster’s 11-year-old daughter, showing a notable comfort with calm, gentle children. If things get noisy or unpredictable, Dove simply retreats to her safe spot, always reappearing when the environment settles. She’s nicely motivated by treats, using them as both challenge and reward as she grows braver each day. Dove is easy to read: she comes out when ready, she watches quietly when not. She’d flourish in a patient home that lets her move at her speed, ideally with space she can truly call hers. She’s fine with other easygoing cats after a thoughtful introduction, but would also do well as a solo pet. Born under Libra, Dove has that classic diplomatic calm—she just wants the household harmony to roll on smoothly. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
