Meet Trixie! Breed: Tennessee Tree Brindle Age: 1–2 years old. They are known for their friendly, sociable nature and form strong bonds with their family. Trixie was found abandoned in Trophy Club. She is a gentle soul looking for a patient and loving adopter who can help her feel safe and secure. She’s a shy girl, sometimes a little fearful, but with kindness and consistency she blossoms into a loyal companion. Personality & Traits • Shy but sweet: She warms up slowly, but her trust is worth the wait. • Couch potato: Trixie loves lounging and will happily keep you company during work-from-home days. • Dog-friendly: She does well with other dogs and enjoys their company. • Leash trained: Walks calmly and politely, but must take time to smell all the smells. She is not a fan of blow-up holiday creatures she comes up on, not is she a fan of loud mowing creatures or thunder. She does do well with a thunder shirt on during thunderstorms. Ideal Home Trixie would thrive with someone who works from home and can provide the patience she needs. She should not be left alone in a backyard without supervision, as she feels safest when near her people. With the right adopter, Trixie will be a devoted companion who brings quiet joy and comfort to your life. She has a beautiful brindle coat and is petite (around 40 pounds). She is spayed and current on vaccines.
