Penelope is a happy girl who loves sitting on the porch and hanging out. She's a rescue girl, saved from a rough situation in South Texas. Penelope loves people once she gets to know them. She does well with other dogs when the other dog is calm. Penelope has a good energy level, and will be playful at times and calm other times.
