Maple came into rescue pregnant and gave birth to eleven healthy puppies—her Breakfast Club. She’s a gentle soul who adores people and bonds closely with her humans, preferring to be near them as much as possible. Maple gets along well with other dogs and is especially sweet with children. Cats are an unknown since she hasn’t had much exposure. She’s dealing with heartworm but all her treatment costs are fully covered by the rescue and she’s already started therapy. Because she struggles with separation anxiety and isn’t a fan of crates, Maple would do best with someone who works from home, is retired, or can bring her along to work.
