Girard, named for the avenue where he was found, is a 4-5 year old pit bull currently calling the Franklin Township Animal Shelter in Somerset, NJ home. He’s got a lot of energy to burn and is happiest chasing after a ball—fetch is completely his game. While he enjoys people and thrives when there’s a toy involved, Girard still needs work on his leash manners and basic obedience. Luckily, a handful of treats goes a long way with him.
