About Flicker
Click apply to start the adoption process. Flicker is 3 years old and weighs 37 pounds. Currently in a loving foster home, Flicker has been thriving with stability and care. His foster shares that Flicker is house trained and communicates when he needs to go outside by heading to the back door. He is absolutely wonderful with children, especially enjoying time with a 12-year-old, and truly is a shadow companion—always nearby and ready for cuddles (just watch out for his cover-hogging nighttime snuggles!). Flicker is friendly with the other two dogs in the household and demonstrates excellent manners, barking briefly at visitors to alert his foster family, but quiets down once properly introduced. He is ideally suited as a loyal and affectionate family member and will flourish with patience and love. When Flicker arrived, he was timid and uncertain, clearly having endured some hardship. Thanks to dedicated foster care, including grooming and treatment for a skin condition, he has opened up and begun to reveal his wonderful personality. Flicker will continue to blossom in a patient, supportive home where he knows what to expect and feels safe. To meet him and see the difference loving care can make, please schedule an appointment with his foster family. They are ready to love you; are you ready to apply?
