Biscuit is a beautiful boy that was abandoned at the local university. He is a lover and a talker. He does have seasonal allergies but they do not seem to effect him to much. He just has some runny eyes. He would be happiest in a home where he can be king of his castle with no one to compete with for attention. We have no idea what he has been through but he is still a lovable guy who is desperately seeking his forever family.
