Ghost is a calm, gentle soul who sticks closely with his companion, Luna Lu. They came into rescue together and won’t leave without each other—their bond is strong and unmistakable. Ghost, a roughly 2-year-old male Pit Bull and Labrador mix with a short white coat, was rescued after a rough start as a stray. Though shy when he first meets new faces, once you’ve earned his trust, he’ll quietly shadow you, always hoping for a scratch behind the ears. He’s a low-key, low-maintenance dog who loves to lounge in the sun and needs a securely fenced yard to enjoy his outdoor time. Ghost does fine with respectful dogs when introduced slowly and listens well to his canine friends. He’s still learning the ropes—basic commands and leash manners are in progress—and is quite food motivated, especially for Milo’s Meatballs treats. Ghost isn’t fully house trained yet, and his playful side is only now emerging, but he responds to correction and thrives with predictable structure.
