About Pumpkin Jam

Pumpkin Jam, or PJ, lost his longtime home when his owner had to move and couldn't take him along. At 13, he landed in the shelter system, but FOCAS quickly recognized he’d do best as the only cat in a quiet home. Since settling in with his foster, PJ has shed much of his shyness and become a calm, affectionate companion. He has a curious streak and enjoys sharing a bed, asking for attention in a gentle way—sometimes just reaching out and patting with his paw. PJ doesn’t mind being picked up for a cuddle and thrives with one-on-one companionship. He’s the kind of cat who bonds deeply, preferring the comfort of people to the chaos of lots of animals. Consider this gentle, handsome orange-and-white boy if you want a loyal, easygoing friend. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
