About Otto

Otto, often called Smokey, has a soft gray coat with silvery highlights and a touch of white—think Russian Blue, with his own twist. He enjoys a quiet patch of sun, stretched out solo, and while he keeps to himself, he’ll station himself nearby for some gentle brushing or a calm moment on the couch. Otto prefers your company but won’t stake a claim on your lap, making him a nice fit for someone who values peaceful togetherness without crowding. He shows his affection in small, thoughtful ways and is often happiest when he can watch you read or simply share the same space. Otto isn’t a “clingy” cat, but he is a steady presence—the kind you’ll always feel around. He gets along well with other cats, dogs, and children, so he could slide right into a busy household or settle into a quieter one, as long as there’s sunlight and someone patient to appreciate his mellow charm.
