About Enola
Enola spent her early days raising her kittens outdoors, but it turns out she was just waiting for the right human to come along. She warms up quickly, soaking up pets and rolling over for belly rubs, her purr motor running strong. Enola hasn’t had the chance to form a strong bond with a person yet, but she’s ready and waiting for someone patient to come into her life. She does well with other cats, and doesn’t bother with her foster’s dog. Enola is FIV positive, which simply means she will do best as an indoor-only cat and should have slow, careful introductions to new feline housemates to avoid bites. FIV isn’t contagious to humans, dogs, or any other animals, and friendly cats like Enola seldom spread it. With routine care and a responsible home, FIV cats often live healthy lives. She’ll need attention if she ever gets sick, but keeping her indoors lowers that risk. Enola is sweet, affectionate, and just looking for an understanding family. She’s available to meet at the Petco in California, MD or the Meow Dyer Cat Cafe in Leonardtown, MD on weekends. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
