Tanner comes with perks: adopters get two annual health and wellness exams at a local vet, including updated vaccinations and heartworm testing or treatment as needed. Training support is includedāfive sessions from his trainer, plus all of his gear like crates, bowls, toys, and treats head home with him. Tannerās had a rough journey. After his first owner passed away, he wound up with Animal Control and landed on a euthanasia list until he was rescued. Heās been staying with a foster for over a year, but the foster cannot keep him due to travel. Tannerās about four years old, weighs roughly 30 pounds, and is a golden and white, short-coated mixed terrier. Heās fully vetted, neutered, microchipped, and house trained. Tanner listens well and loves walks, drives, mealtimes, andāmost of allātime with his human. He thrives best with an adopter who can spend plenty of time with him, as heās devoted and bonds deeply. He gets along well with other dogs but isnāt available to homes with young children. Tanner is a true Velcro dog for someone looking for a loyal friend.
